Role description | You help and support your colleagues in solving technical problems related to the use of their PCs and the various corporate and office tools, and this at the first level, this means telephonic assistance. You give them advice over the phone. You resolve incidents as quickly as possible, so your colleagues can get back to work as quickly as possible. |
Hard skills |
– Curiosity about technological developments in the world of office automation – In-depth knowledge of operating systems: Windows 7 & Windows 10 – In-depth knowledge of MS Office 2010, Office 2013, Anti-virus software. – Basic knowledge of MS Exchange – Basic knowledge of networking and hardware. – Basic knowledge of Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Management).
