Interim Agile Coach | omgeving Amsterdam

Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Interim Agile Coach. 

Een hands-on Agile Coach die het team gaat helpen met het opzetten van een duidelijke Agile structuur. 

Daarnaast ligt de focus op het verbeteren van de efficiëntie en samenwerking tussen de teams.

We zoeken echt een doener die initiatief neemt en niet bang is te experimenteren met verschillende werkvormen, maar die tegelijkertijd in staat is om mensen te coachen.

Ervaring als scrummaster is niet voldoende. Deskundigen moeten aantoonbare ervaring hebben in strategische veranderingsprocessen. 

What does the Agile coach do?
The Agile Coach we are looking for enables the desired change within the organization to become a more customer centric and adaptive organization. This requires change in strategy & organization, structure & process and culture & people. As an Agile coach you will be part of the innovation team. 
As a team we are ambitious, have an immense drive for innovation and love to let go our mind loose on creative solutions. So the mind-set is there, but we could need some help when it comes to structure. Therefore, we are looking for a hands-on Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master who can help us improving our Agile way of working.
