As a People Development Specialist, you will take the lead in optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS) to align with our broader learning and development strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating the current LMS setup and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Developing and refining LMS processes to align with the company’s learning strategy.
• Implementing innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our LMS.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and optimization.
• Establishing structured processes to streamline compliance training, improve registration efficiency across multiple countries, and boost completion rates.
