Interim HR Business Partner | Den Haag

We are looking for a HR Business Partner

Resposibilities:
Provide expert advice, coaching and recommendations to management which results in the successful management of people related issues as well as identifying and mitigating people related risks.
Own the development and implementation of the people plan, translating business needs into relevant HR programs and projects, ensuring alignment with team members and Centres of Expertise
Manage cyclical HR events such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits and Benchmarking.
Facilitate employee learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning and career development.
Lead and manage change projects such as restructures.
Identify and action opportunities to improve HR services and processes.

Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
• 6+ years of professional experience as an HR Generalist
• Service oriented attitude and ability to perform in a highly demanding, complex and dynamic environment;
• Experience in an international environment a must, in Financial Services
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus
• As a HR Business Partner your personal qualities will always play a decisive role
