Key Responsibilities

Outsourcing and Managed Service Setup

• Establish and manage partnerships with outsourcing providers for managed cloud data infrastructure services.
• Implement quality assurance processes and ticket handling procedures.
• Manage contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with outsourcing partners.

Data Platform Scalability

• Ensure the foundational setup of the data platform is scalable and future-proof.
• Meet all non-functional requirements, including GDPR compliance, access management, and data onboarding.
• Implement efficient and automated processes to maintain scalability and regulatory compliance.

Advanced Analytics Platform Setup

• Lead the setup and management of an advanced analytics platform.
• Integrate MlOps processes for seamless deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Build a platform that fully supports data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Team Management and Development

• Manage and coach platform engineers and MlOps engineers.
• Develop and implement a structured upskilling program to continuously enhance team capabilities.
• Provide clear guidelines and procedures for platform users.

FUNCTIE EISEN- EN WENSEN:

What You Bring

• Tarief is all-in maximaal €110,- exclusief BTW;
• A completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in setting up and managing central data and data science platforms.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-based data solutions and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Experience with outsourcing and managed service providers, ensuring platform stability.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of developing roadmaps and operating models.
• Familiarity with MlOps and productionizing data science models is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
