We are looking for a: Product Owner –  development team, which is part of the larger Information Management team.

As the Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the roadmap for Relatics product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The Relatics team is based in Arnhem (NL). You are expected to be on location in Arnhem at least one day a week. The Information Management team is partly based in the Netherlands and partly Germany.

Main tasks:

• Collaborate with the Systems Engineering Program Manager and Systems Engineering Product Owner to define and communicate the Systems Engineering vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives;
• Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, organized, and aligned with business goals;
• Translate high-level product concepts / user needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prototypes;
• Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates;
• Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, clarifying requirements and addressing any queries;
• Prioritize stakeholder needs and make trade-offs according to the projects/program objectives;
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining the short-term and long-term goals for the product;
• Regularly communicate product progress, updates, and enhancements to internal teams and external stakeholders;
• Gather feedback from customers and end-users to continuously refine the product and enhance user experience;
• Organize and participate in Scrum events with the development team and other stakeholders;
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for product improvement.

 

FUNCTIE EISEN & – WENSEN:

• Tarief is all-in maximaal €95,- (alles inclusief reiskosten, verblijfkosten en parkeerkosten, excl. BTW).
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Java / JEE ontwikkelaar;
• Kennis van OO design en design patterns;
• Kennis van Continuous Delivery en geautomatiseerd testen (Jenkins, SonarCube, Git, Maven, XL Deploy, Fitnesse en Cucumber);
• Kennis van applicatieservers (Quarkus), middleware (OSB, maar gaan richting Kafka), operating systems (Linux en diverse databases (Oracle, SQL Server);
• Goede beheersing van Nederlandse (must) en Engelse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk;
• Deelnemen aan de storingsdienst;
• Minimaal 2 kantoordagen, incidenteel 3 (bij bijvoorbeeld kwartaalplanningen).
