We are looking for a Scrum Master. You will work in the department Document Control & Support.

What will you do?

• Organize, prepare, and facilitate various meetings, including PI Planning, Progress Meetings, and Demos, ensuring their successful execution;
• Provide support and coaching to Product Owners and Experts during sprint execution, increasing the likelihood of achieving PI goals.
• Improve the flow of our development process using Jira by enhancing its structure and usage, measuring and optimizing progress, and improving feature and epic descriptions;
• Actively work on enhancing team performance by promoting collaboration, coaching through effective questioning, resolving team conflicts, and facilitating skill development;
• Drive the improvement of Agile implementation by refining the Agile Guide, aligning with MT, and collaborating with stakeholders both within and outside the department;
• Facilitate the Scrum process by ensuring the agile team adheres to the Scrum framework, including conducting (daily) stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives;
• Foster collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and other departments to create a cohesive and efficient work environment;
• Monitor the team's progress towards their sprint goals, providing regular feedback to the team and stakeholders.

• Tarief is maximaal €90,- (alles inclusief reiskosten, verblijfkosten en parkeerkosten, excl. BTW).
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks;
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills to effectively organize and lead meetings;
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to support and guide team members;
• Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools;
• Ability to analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity;
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to promote collaboration and maintain effective relationships;
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and resolve conflicts within the team;
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and their implementation.
