Deze aanvraag is doorlopend. Tussentijds worden er wel selectierondes gehouden. Deze opdracht is op basis van payroll constructie.

Setting 
As Operations we process and settle transactions for the organizations biggest clients, with the largest amounts and are dealing with the strictest regulatory requirements. We are confronted with changing and ever stricter internal and external regulatory requirements. Our system landscape is undergoing a drastic overhaul and customers are getting more and more demanding. Our ambition is to support growth strategy by delivering best in class services that meet the demands and expectations of all our clients. As Operations we have set 7 priorities for 2019. How will we do this?

Communication role 
As Operations we have the ambition to enhance our internal control and aspire to create a robust and In Control operation. Communication is key in this change and therefore we are looking for a communication expert for 20/24 hours a week, who can help us with communication towards staff, managers and stakeholders regarding this transition. Tasks comprehend the carrying out of the communication plan, leading the Focus Group (employee panel) for content creation, developing and communicating means based on a thematic calendar, a six weekly newsletter and updating SharePoint. Experienced in project communication/support. 

System knowledge: SharePoint 
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (Written and verbally) 
Education: Minimaal HBO (marketing/communication) 
Experience: minimum of 5 years experience as a communication advisor. Experience in projects and change programs, self starter 
and experience in the same branche, financial and banking.
