We are looking for a: HR Business Partner: the interviews are Tuesday April 30th between 15:30 and 17:30 at the office in Arnhem. If you are not available to have the interview face-to-face, then an online meeting is also possible.

With your energy you excel as an HR Business Partner. You can translate strategy and complex business (change) issues into relevant HR challenges. You have leadership qualities, you inspire colleagues and you communicate in a clear way. You are result-oriented for your own work area and at the same time able to put organizations interests first. It goes without saying that you are organizationally sensitive, independent and act as an equal discussion partner.

Tasks

  • The HR Business Partner actively brings in developments and innovations from outside. The HR Business Partner develops an HR Unit plan, based on a vision on the future of work in combination with the developments and strategic choices regarding the designated Units;
  • Is the trusted advisor to the MT (director/heads) of designated Unit(s). A solid, independent and reflective discussion partner with expertise (business and HRM);
  • Is responsible for applying and promoting the strategy and policies within the work area;
  • Integral critical prioritisation of strategic business issues to be put on the agenda, jointly in the HR-BP team. This requires an independent attitude and the ability to oversee the total business issues (independent of one's own work area/business unit);
  • Maintains an overview of the HR services within the unit and is proactively informed by the various HR experts and HR advisors. Has a signal function regarding the satisfaction of the business towards HR;
  • Monitors the talent development in accordance with the central HR policy and steers;
  • Is responsible for the overall execution of corporate topics;
  • Supports processes of organizational design, organizational structure and organizational change.

 

FUNCTIE EISEN & – WENSEN:

The organization needs a candidate who has experience with reorganization; 

  • Tarief is all-in maximaal €90,- (alles inclusief reiskosten, verblijfkosten en parkeerkosten, excl. BTW).
  • University graduate or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant work experience as a trusted advisor for the business;
  • Knowledge and experience in change management, organisational design;
  • Proven project management experience;
  • Experience with working in multiple similar-size organizations (more than 100 employees);
  • Analytical skills; advisory skills; communication (written and oral) skills in English and Dutch;
  • Resilient, perseverance and self-confident;
  • Empathic, service oriented, organisational sensitivity, political sensitivity;
  • Can do mentality and business focus;
  • Healthy sence of humor and ability to connect.

Additional information: Hybrid working is possible but preferable at least 2 day in the office in Arnhem (Thursday is mandatory). In the beginning, 3 days at the office is mandatory.
