Interim Marketing Analist

We are looking for a: Marketing Analist.

You will always have lots of learning opportunities (formal and informal) to improve your role-specific skills and expertise.

Role description:

  • Takes full ownership of all field marketing activities, from planning to execution, including enabling their successful performance for both The Netherlands (60%) and Belgium (40%);
  • Develops the broad marketing plan and works with the business (Sales and leadership) to turn that into a clear marketing plan with KPIs;
  • Uses creative ideas to build and develop brand and corporate identity initiatives to position with target audiences;
  • Works closely with with sales leaders to identify target accounts, campaign objectives and set industry and offerings priorities;
  • Oversees campaigns, such as local-market awareness and client acquisition and retention marketing;
  • Aligns their efforts to relevant global and/or European marketing campaigns/programs where required;
  • Owns and facilitates joint activities with marketing partners (mainly Microsoft) where and when opportunistic;
  • Manages key stakeholders across functions to ensure buy-in and focus on developing and maintaining positive working relationships;
  • Oversees the marketing budget(s) for both Belgium and The Netherlands;
  • Tracks marketing campaign financial and performance effectiveness (KPI’s), provides recommendations for action if needed;
  • Reports to France, Belgium and The Netherlands, marketing lead and Belgium and Netherlands General Manager;
  • Coordination and follow up with internal and external marketing agencies;
  • Manages one Marketing intern for The Netherlands.

Eisen:

  • Tarief max €70,- (all-in excl. BTW)
  • Min. 10 years of B-2-B marketing experience in the IT / Tech / Digital industry;
  • Used to working in Microsoft Office and Teams;
  • Someone who’s both operational and strategic;
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Social media (mainly LinkedIn) expertise;
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills;
  • Dutch is not a requirement, it’s nice to have;
  • Easy possibility and willingness to come into the office at least once a week;
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing and Industry Go-To-Market campaigns, preferably in Retail and Manufacturing industries;
  • Team management experience (small team);
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Independent and autonomous worker;
  • No “9-to-5” mentality;
  • Drives for clarity and fast decision making;
  • Fast to build solid network of collaborators.
