We are looking for a Product Owner Information Management.

As the Product Owner IM, you will be instrumental in defining, communicating and executing the product vision for our Information Management approach. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional user experience and delivering solutions that transform how projects approach Information Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and progress reporting of Information Management developments. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all completed IM products.

What will you do:

• Collaborate with the Information Management team to define and communicate the IM vision, strategy and principles, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Workstream Leads, Project Leads, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements;
• Prioritize stakeholder needs and make trade-offs according to the project and program objectives;
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining the short-term and long-term goals for the product;
• Leverage strong Information Management and Building Information Management knowledge to guide the development and roll-out of all IM related products. Stay up to date with the latest advancements and best practices in the domain of Information Management;
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in IM processes, methodologies, and tools within Program;
• Collaborate with the IM team to develop training programs and materials to enhance IM knowledge and skills across the project teams and the program;
• Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal teams, executive leadership, and other stakeholders;
• Organize and participate in Scrum events with the development team and other stakeholders.

 

FUNCTIE EISEN & – WENSEN:

• Professional and intellectual capacities at the academic or higher professional education level;
• Experience with relevant IM processes, deliverables, standards and tooling;
• Experience with implementing IM within projects;
• Experience in change- and project management;
• Experience with agile working;
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels within an international organization;
• Able to create and think on strategic level, but also to implement on practical level;
• Experience in delivering in a fast moving and challenging environment;
• Aware of relevant digital trends;
• Excellent communication skills in English, in addition communication skills in Dutch and/or German are preferred.

Additional information: Travel time maximum 1 hour from Arnhem; Hybrid working is possible but preferable at least 2 á 3 days in the office (Once a month, you have to travel to Germany).
