Interim Senior Scrum Master | Amsterdam

Assignment description
For this assignment you will work in a dynamic environment where innovation is part of our DNA. As a scrum master you will play a central role in designing and implementing our new CRM solution for the Vattenfall Customers & Solutions organization.

Main responsibilities
As a Scrum Master you will be supporting the team in the following areas:
•    Facilitating (not participating in) the daily standup
•    Helping the team maintain their burndown chart
•    Setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
•    Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
•    Removing obstacles that affect the team
•    Walking the product owner through more technical user stories
•    Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner
•    You will work in a team with other Solution Experts and Solution Architects. As the project continuous we will setup an Scrum team for implementing the solution.

 

 Qualifications and personal characteristics
•    University or College of Higher Education degree in information technology, mathematics, engineering or related subjects (or comparable training).
•    More than 5 years’ working experience in the field of Scrum Master.
•    A proven business acumen, and a profound interest in driving value-creating innovation
•    Fluent written and spoken English.
•    More than 5 years’ experience with Scrum (Agile)
•    Leadership skills and structured way of working.
•    Experience with Angular recommended
•    Scrum Master certification
