Werkzaamheden:
As Senior Talent Manager you will be responsible for the further development and implementation of the talent strategy, bringing the Talent Management Organization to the next level, supporting its growth in professionalism with policies processes and data, qualitatively and quantitatively; in close operation with the organizational development goals.
  
Key activities: 
Implement a group-wide talent strategy by providing individual development programs, talent reviews, succession planning programs and a comprehensive leadership development program;
Enable local talent managers to implement these solutions at country and business level;
Create structures in which future key (potential) leaders and positions are identified and fulfill key positions with high potential leaders; 
Develop policies in order to create an environment in which leaders at all levels are accountable and personally involved in talent initiatives, talent exchange and high performance; 
Support the development, mobility and exchange across business lines and country of high potentials at all levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing talent; 
Develop group-wide talent initiatives and support these with learning and development opportunities and programs; 
In close collaboration with business line management, HR and Talent Acquisition promote strategic workforce planning and keep track of business needs and availability of talent; 
Together with Talent Acquisition identify (possible) future gaps and risks within the organisation and collaborate on acquiring new, diverse talent when needed; 
Use metrics to analyze and monitor performance;

Opleidingsniveau: WO met bewezen project management vaardigheden opgedaan binnen een corporate internationale omgeving
Minimale jaren werkervaring: 5-7 jaar relevante management ervaring met track record in het managen van internationale projecten op het gebied van Talent Management
Kennis: Uitstekende kennis van Talent Management processen en modellen en in staat een agenda te ontwikkelen en implementeren binnen de organisatie, ervaring in samenwerking met stakeholders 
Taal: Vloeiend Engels, Nederlands niet strikt noodzakelijk maar wel erg handig
