Background and Objectives
PetroSigns is key Wells modelling business solution in Project and Technologies. A massive deployment is underway to deliver infrastructure, application build via dev/ops and service development.
Manage project and senior stakeholders, service development and dependencies to ensure timelines and project deliveries are secured
Technical skill and experience
Some technical knowledge to be able to understand the discussions and provide steer to the project team.
Soft skills and experience
– Strong collaboration skills, team player, able to understand the bigger picture, excellent stakeholder management skills.
– able to deal with senior stakeholders. This person will deal with strong minded people from PTX, PT Development and IT. At the program level, these are senior managers. At the working level, senior managers and below.
– able to deal with conflicting directions, bring people together and get people to align to one direction
– Strong in enquiry skills and in presenting views, however, remains to be diplomatically correct.
– the organization experience is preferred. Track record of Project Delivery Framework
