Short description of the tasks
• Leading and executing the development and operations of the platform via partners.
• Create and align the backlog of improvements and translate them towards the supplier(s)
• Manage the supplier in the development phase, as well as the operational/maintenance phase
• Investigate production incidents/problems as Key-User towards supplier
• Participate in creating the IT architecture roadmap and future strategy (including licensing concept)
• Manage implementation steps (phased base) for completing the application stack
• Guarantee the quality of the platform (development and maintenance phase)
• Contract- and SLA-management to suppliers
