Scrum Master

Are you the experienced Scrum Master that can help in shaping the future at organization and facilitate our Scrum team towards high velocity and successful delivery? Can you show us how to sprint at Olympic speed? Can you further enhance an agile way of working in within IT? For the International Genesys Call Center Solution in our Amsterdam office we are looking for a Scrum Master

You will contribute in a DevOps team that enables our call center agents to be true ambassadors of our products. And the upcoming years we will focus a lot of using artificial intelligence and virtual agents to improve the customer journey. 

Your tasks and responsibilities as a Scrum Master
•    Facilitate the DevOps team in their regular meetings (daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions)
•    Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint and remove obstacles whenever these occur
•    Motivate the team to keep continuously improving 
•    Support the product owner in more technical user stories
•    Improving the velocity of the team by continuously striving for improvements
•    Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team members, product owner and users
•    Alignment with other Scrum Masters and teams working in the same IT landscape

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for somebody within the local team (partially English speaking but situated in NL) Team is already Agile but there are some issues on a few points; that's why we prefer a Senior candidate. 

For this role we are looking for an ambitious and pro-active candidate with excellent communication and coaching skills. You are a team player, you have courage, perseverance and passion and are able to handle resistance.

You also have the following qualifications: 
•    University or College of Higher Education degree in information technology, mathematics, engineering or related subjects (or comparable training).
•    A proven interest in driving value-creating innovation
•    More than 3 years of Scrum/Agile experience
•    Scrum Master certification (PSM or CSM)
•    Knowledge of Genesys, Nuance and or Nice technology is an advantage
