We are looking for a: Program Manager Enterprise Service Management (ESM).

The team Strategy & Transformation is responsible for delivering strategic change by initiating and managing large transformation programs (e.g. ERP, Control room of the future, Cloud) and strategic themes. The team has a cross-border responsibility in all their activities. For this team we are looking for a program manager to execute the Enterprise Service Management Program. The Program Manager reports to the lead Strategy & Transformation.  

Role Description:

As a Program Manager for the selection and implementation of a New IT and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Suite for IT and business domains like Human Resources and Facility Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the program, from the EU- process through to the successful implementation of the new ESM suite. Your role will involve managing stakeholders, coordinating resources, and ensuring that project milestones are met within specified timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will lead the transformation and adoption of new standards and processes to align with the implementation of the ESM suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-Lead together with Procurement the tender process for selecting a new ESM suite and an implementation partner;
• Develop a detailed program plan outlining approach, tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations;
• Ensure that our business and IT strategy, our architecture principles and our sourcing and vendor strategy are considered;
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with program objectives;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track;
• Engage with stakeholders and facilitate regular meetings across different departments and locations to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns;
• Collaborate with Vendor Management to negotiate contracts, define deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards;
• Develop and execute change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of the new ESM suite and IT service management processes;
• Lead the transformation of existing processes and standards to align with the capabilities of the new ESM suite;
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the project and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards;
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

 

FUNCTIE EISEN & – WENSEN:

• Tarief is all-in maximaal €105,- (alles inclusief reiskosten, verblijfkosten en parkeerkosten, excl. BTW).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred;
• Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, specifically in leading multiple complex and parallel IT projects;
• Proven implementation of ITSM / ESM solutions and have a positive track record in this;
• You show strong leadership skills for reaching the results within your scope;
• You can abstract complex matters to the essence of what is required, can steer a team in a motivating way;
• Experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives and driving adoption of new standards and processes;
• You have excellent language and presentation skills, both in Dutch, English and preferably German;
• Relevant certificates (MSP, Prince2, SAFe, IPMA, etc.) are a plus.
